How We Wash
Initial Inspection
The technician will first inspect the property, noting any areas that may require special attention or care. This process helps in identifying the types of stains present (mold, mildew, dirt, etc.) and deciding on the best soft washing solution to use.
Protection of Surrounding Areas
Before the cleaning process begins, the technician will take precautions to protect plants, outdoor furniture, and other elements around the house that could be affected by the cleaning solution. This usually involves covering them or moving them to a safe distance.
Application of Soft Washing Solution
The soft washing solution is then applied to the exterior of the house. The solution is eco-friendly and biodegradable, designed to dissolve dirt, grime, mold, and mildew without damaging the building materials or the environment.
Brushing (if needed)
